the model is very well done as always. just not the sort of thing i like. personally the spikes on the chest kinda kill it for me. and the horns just feel all wrong.

my main problem is because you gave it the base of a human. the same muscle and general shape but than when you did the spikes you just stuck them straight out from the collar bone. which just feels wrong. it should have been bone or something more to that effect and it should have been more angled to follow the collar bone or not have been there at all.

and the horns the way they go out just feels all wrong. they stick out and then kinda slide down a little. then curve and go back. while there is nothing with them going backwards. and the size of them to the size of the head. just feels so weird. it almost looks like an after thought to be honest.

sorry its just my two cents on this model.

I think it was an attempt at kind of a toonish exagerated look. I cant disagree with the chest spikes, but i dont think they ruin it. I just think they could be better. The horns on the head dont look terrible... maybe smooth the curve in the first turn a bit and they would look nice.

mmm.- texture al very well, but thats skipes, not convine.. i like see your concept art of this model..
but general is a god model.. and i' sure you add a very nice animations..
