and also MMOJ a helpful comment could have been like "Work on the texture, add more grunge" or "Maybe next time you should make the model smoother like in Fallout 3."

while these are decent, I think you kinda missed the mark a little bit. they just look like beige blobs. I think you need to look up some reference to really get it done right. And hand paint some grunge yourself towards the bottom with a black grunge brush at a low opacity. And mix up some overlays!!
