I accidentally copied the M9 gunspec into the O3SDX folder when transferring files :S

Until the pack is updated, open gunspec.txt in gamecore\guns\TF341 and replace all text with the following then delete the dbo:

Nice vid Thraxas- Glad you're having fun with it Let me know if you spot any other issues. If you haven't tried already, run with full shaders on and postprocessing/bloom off. You'll get about the same performance and a much better look. You're PC looks to be handling things quite well though so you could probably do both.

I hadn't noticed that the shaders were turned off after I updated, and I made the video before I saw your post and switched them back on. I was already uploading it at the time so I didn't record again.

I'm really liking the AI on these guys. Once or twice I've had to change my tactics as my old just run in and shoot everything FPSC tactic just isn't working.

Meh...ordering through Paypal seems to take much longer than directly through CC. I just can't wait to check everything out, because I think for the first time we have character models with animations that make cutscenes really worthwile.

(But there is one thing I allready dread: The endless row of WIP threads, which will pop up daily from now on, featuring the next terrific CoD/MoH/BC/ARMA/whatever-fangame consisting of some soldier screenshots, no story, big promises....and die after some weeks )

I know they are different so I just want an approximate number.

LOL! What do you mean where are the others? 39 Characters with 3 variations each, plus the Bot and newer weapons included! That's not enough for the measly price asked? TF-341 doesn't mean there's 341 characters in it! If there were; I highly doubt many here could afford the price, even at TGC's extremely low price-point.

They range between 3300 and 4000 tris on average.

Thanks everyone for the well-wishes and orders I've been working behind the scenes to attain that extra bit of polish that I think you all deserve for kind support.

Please be sure to grab the knife fix in the 2nd post. And let me know any issues that pop up. I think most are things only I know are wrong but I'm sure there's some that aren't. The scale of the pack sort of spiraled out of control which makes it easier to miss things... something I won't soon repeat; for sanity's sake.

Hi, i have noticed a bug with some of these characters. When i test game i get the error object doesn not "exist at line" and then some line.

It dosn't happen on evry character, but i know that i happens on these

@The Zoq2 I just tested both and was able to load them up fine but my FPEs are probably a little different now. Can anyone else confirm the issue? I'll assume you tried loading them individually in a new map with only a couple ground segments, right? Every once in a while I see a similar error but then i build a different map and they work. If you can get the full error code it would be most helpful. Thanks.

I discoverd an othher bug, When you use the spawn system in fpsc the characters turn transparent and when they repawn they can't be killed but they can shoot.

Make sure you set the character's appear script to "appear2.fpi" to avoid it spawning transparently.

Edit, i fixed the spawn thing, I added the appear 2 things to the tf341 script. @EAI do you mind if i post the script here??

Edit 2 The new script dosn't work if the character has been killed onece. The only thing showing up is the weapon "sliding" on the ground and shhoting

i know that all the fancy airmod stuff wont work with previous versions. but will the characters and basic weapon stuff? I still use 1.16 as it gives me much better performance with PB than all newer versions. xD I know i should upgrade but i just love 1.16. So yeah, will this pack work apart from the new airmod features?

Attached a .rar of replacement 341/appear scripts both here and in 2nd thread post. Radoll, DAI and respawning is a bit flaky in general with approximately the same results using stock media. I can get the chars to respawn and be visible by not using ragdoll but their weapons will be missing. Anyone know for certian id stock DAI has ever worked right with respawning?

I'm suspicious that DAI doesn't like being spawned on top of entities (like on a table; caused the same sort of crash upon loading the testgame) and possibly certian combinations of stars and waypoints in the scene could also be an issue. Correct. HK added a lot of new weap stuff that's not in PB yet so you lose a bit of function but gain dual wield ability as the SAW has been made dual wieldable as well as all the others with the exception of the M203 versions. You gain better shader effects in PB as well. So, there's some trade-offs ATM.

The character's won't work with the provided scripts in anything less than 1.18 beta7. You'd have to write new ones. I think PB is 1.18 ported right? or is it 1.17? Script-wise, the characters don't work at all in 1.17... they apparently just vibrate around making buzzing noises.

The models are .x so they should load into DBP. I know most other FPSC media loads into DBP ok. There is an animation frame number reference sheet in meshbank\341 after the instal. I don't know if TGC has released any non-fpsc installer like with other packs. It would be cool to see these running around in DBP-land.

Nope stock DarkAI seems fine. I am spawning your men on stock media flooring. I also tried cosmic prophet sci-fi pack flooring. Just crashes for me
