Is it alright to use the GC models in your Unity 3D Games? I understand the terms regarding the license and you need to use a program like Ultimate Unwrap 3D to do the coversion.

Keep in mind, Unity uses models in .fbx format. You can get the plugin for Ultimate Unwrap from UU's website. I think you'll find the majority of the model packs require a lot of cleanup, like proper UVmapping and vertice welding.
