Im sorry but ive looked in the past threads on this issue but none have seemed to work for me. I got a laptop with windows 7 and want to see how well the fps creator runs on it(free version to see before i buy) it says i have a DXVersion Error, i have a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 and it uses shared memory of 1.9GB. please let me know if you have any suggestions or ways to fix this

You could try
Downloading and then installing the latest version of DirectX End-User Runtimes Web
