its not actually its just the locked one continued (with a differnt question)

Um...

When you load a bsp Do you load a pk3 or pak file along with the bsp map. (and obviously put the wad file in the pak file). Or do we just specify the wad file. I used to specify the wad file because the pak file didnt work.. but this doesnt seem to work anymore. So should I put a wad in a pak and specify the pak file in the load bsp command

Open up the .wad in wally and export all of the textures into tga format and then I do it like this:

load bsp "","bspname.bsp"

Hopefully this will be sorted soon as wads always used to work

wads now work again along wth the ghsted bsp map problem , still havent fixed up collisoin tho

patch 5.1b does the trick

um how do i know if i have patch 5.1b

i remeber downloading a patch 5.1 but im not sure if it was the first or version b wats the version info in the about box meant to read

One other thing, just in case you thought otherwise, you don't need to specify the WAD file, only the PK3 file if your using one. The WAD's get picked up from the reading of the BSP.
