help with adaptive bloom how can i use it ?

he said replace the file with the post-bloom in the fps creator where is that file

What version of FPSC are you running?

If 118.4 5 7, bond1 bloom shader is the default.
It is in the effectbank\ps_2_0 folder called post-bloom.fx
Right click on it and open with notepad. It will say in the top line
'//This shader provides an automatic adaptive bloom effect based on screen brightness to scale the bloom effect'

If that is not the one you have then you can find it here.

Turn the color values of your lights down to around half.
Keep the range at a normal minimum. 100 - 200 for inside lights.
Test then raise as needed to fit your taste.
