I'm using fpsc x9 version 1.17 and i was just wondering if there is a way to copy objects or entities to another map/level (or the same one for that matter). probably not a very intelligent question but, hey, it'll be more fun to answer than paying taxes. cheers

On the menu click editing, then clipboard edit,
then slect the bit you want to copy go to edit menu
click copy or cut.

then you will get a blue Square just stamp it down.

hmmmmm. what if i used an ips patching utility like lunar ips and selected the map i wanted to add to as the "clean rom" and the one i wanted to paste from as the modified so it would add the difference to the map i wanted to add to? its a long shot but who knows? anyone think that will work?

I too am seeking a way of combining two small levels into a single larger level but can't find a way to copy & paste across levels.

Thought I'd try your suggestion of linking 2 fpm files using Lunar IPS. Just tried lunar ips ... doesn't work like that (unfortunately).

create a prefab, open a new map, start at the top left hand corner, save it as a prefab and bob's your uncle!
