Hi guys I have been playing with EP today and find that there is no clue as to how the syntax for OPEN FILE DIALOG should be used...

it just says

OPEN FILE DIALOG ( Dir$, Filter$, Title$ )

I do not know yet how to type the correct Dir$ Filter$ nor Titles$ fields

it does not even give an example... please help!

EDIT
TO BE HONEST any additional 'how to' for the entire pack would be useful thanks in advance

Dir$ would be the path your dialog starts in, Filter$ would by extension filter (not sure about syntax) and Title$ is title of the dialog.

"c:\...",name$, etc etc the actual text required... it explains what youve written not how to put it together, IN PLAIN ENGLISH - NO EXAMPLE CODE

Diggsey - I can see why you are valued ^^

Could you give an example line? putting it together, say my folder is c:\folder\image1.jpg and with that image.

cheers also umm would getting STYX be of any help here too?
