FPSC Classic Product Chat / AI facing wrong direction

This may seem like a noob question but honestly, I'm fairly experienced with FPSC. So I basically added a couple of sci fci characters like AI and Colonel X and rotated them by pressing R on the keyboard and where the arrow showed them to be facing. But during my game build, the AI is facing in the opposite direction, which means that when I approach them they just stand there. Is there a fix for better artificial intelligence? Thanks.

I say 99.9% chance, you are facing them the wrong way. If that is where your problem lies... hard to tell from your wording.

Are you wanting to be coming up behind them?

Fix for the AI, beyond the stock AI it is up to you to edit the scripts. You can look around the forum, particularly the FPSC Scripts board here > http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_read&i=23

Or you can just purchase MP 53... problem solved.
