1. I think it has to be in .tga .dds or .jpg format.
2. Compile it into a executable file and send the folder containing all the files and the executable file to whoever you want to play.
3. The sound file has to be in .wav format and in your audiobank

5. You cannot make scripts on dbp I think. Make them in notepad and save as a .fpi file
6. Scripting works like this: You write some lines of code using commands of the language you are using which are then executed by a function in your program. When you make your script and save it as a .fpi put it in your scriptbank folder and use it in your game as desired.
