You have to use very specific exporting options for .x the first community guide has all the settings, I can't remember them. I just remember 25 fps

jeez, that is going to make your characters animations waaaaay to fast lol. 25 frames is the recommended default.

Load a stock character in microsoft DirectX Viewer. The animation is lightning fast. FRAGmotion slow's this down, when it loads it. I don't think this matters in FPSC. I used these setting with a animated character and it work perfectly in FPSC.

If they are static just leave out the frames thing, just uncheck it. They should work then.

This is what i normaly do to make dead characters.

1) load model in Fragmotion
2) make the pose you want
3) export as X ( not export pose)
4) load X model into Entity workshop to make it FPSC ready.

these are my settings i use for exporting static entities.

good luck.
