Got some basic ones.

1. Is it okay to use FPSC media on other engines? (Like my custom one? That's what I've been doing)

2. Is it okay to use my friend's media (like Model Packs. Not through Upload Sites, but through my engine?)

No, it isn't redistributed to anyone but the developer's and that's through the engine's WI-FI feature.

You can't distribute it, unless it is in a game or some other form where it can't be used (un-tangible). So distributing to the other developers is also a breach.
