Hi,I just changed the width and height to the current resolution I have but after each test or build game it just come back to what it was.
It's resolution is 1024*768 but mine is 1360*768.
Now what should I do?
Is that a bug?Should I report it as a bug?
And my current version is V1.17.

I think it only works in a "built" game. Could be wrong through.

You probably are already doing this but make sure FPSC is not open when you make the changes.

Same thing happens to me, I change the resolution in the setup.ini (first closing FPSC or course ) but lo-and-behold the resolution is always put back to 1024x768.

I've mentioned this a few times (as I want my previews to be at my own screen resolution) but to no avail.

A new try here:I just closed FPSC first and deleted all temp files from DBpro then I just changed the resolution and then opened FPSC and went to build game and I built the GS13-PS2ShadedScifi.fpm which come from V1.17 and after playing that as my LED is wide it seemed the sprites from the menu and in-game were stretched and very bad-looking.
Then I came back to Setup.ini and I saw it is 1024*768 again
And unfortunately in the setup.ini from the built game there is no information about the resolution and we can't change it from the built game.

For some reasons I can't go to 1.18 right now and I'm using 1.17 but if anyone using 1.18 please check this and if it has the problem again then report it please.

You can change it in the built game setup.ini file.

If the values don't appear in the file, add them into the [GAMEDEBUG] section.

width=1280
height=1024

or whatever you want them to be.

I do quite a lot of videoing of tests and it would be good if you could specify the resolution during testing.

You can change the res setting in the built game setup.ini only because in test mode it will always go back to the default settings.

The only way this could be done is if lee changed the source so you can change it in test mode.

Also, make sure you open the text editor as administrator (assuming you haven't removed write protection on your installation directory yet) otherwise the changes won't be saved. Re-open the file once you've saved it to verify that the changes stuck.
