FPS Creator X10 / Problem with x10

I have FPS Creator x10 and i try to install Model pack 4, it does not work. i place the characters, and they just sit there but they seem to be fully textured. so i tried model pack 22 (making a horror game) and it does the same exact thing. how can i fix this?

Did you choose the FPSCx10 option when installing the model packs?

I reject your stereotype of Wisconsin and, in fact, live in a city.
