Look in Bootlickers tutorial thread. There is a tutorial on it.

What do you mean by shading?

Fixed

If you take the time to learn how to do it for yourself, you won't need to rely on others to finish the job for you

You don't need Dark Shader or Photoshop to make shader maps and apply bond1's already finished shader to your segments. All you need is an image software to make the shader maps out of your diffuse texture. GIMP will do the job for you, and it's free.

Or, for the lazy man. http://www.smart-page.net/smartnormal/fl10.htm Automatically generates normal maps for you.

I'd suggest downloading GIMP and normal map plug-in for it.
