I've searched this on Google and came up with some other people having the same problem but no fix. Also there are no patches for pc.
My specs: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, 3Gb of RAM, Intel Pentium Dual core T4400, Intel GMA4500MHD.
My dad got my computer for only $298 at Wal-Mart!!!

Why do people keep asking for solutions to problems with games? You'd get a much faster response on the forums for that game... that computer is obviously not a gaming computer, you can't expect it to run things well.

I fixed it somehow. I turned the special effects off. Maybe that's how.

It was probably because the integrated graphics controller didn't support the required shader model, and the game used a fullscreen shader.

^ this... If your game is above your graphics cards caps this is what youll get unless the game supports software support.. in which case it will run slow as hell.

My best advice would be to buy a "real pc" to play games.
