Soo.... SOL Here... Idk if this is to be posted here or not... if its a no no please move it I guess... ANWAYS! Is there ANY posssible way to move FPSC entities models/texture/mesh/ to Unity 3d.....

XSI mod tool > Import .x > Export to .FBX > Import into Unity.

It's all about file conversion.

On a related topic, Google 3D warehouse is a very nice resource for assets. Download the .dae versions of the files and then you can convert to whatever you want using most 3D modeling tools.

Yes. You can also get it from the Autodesk website if you google it.

Aslo I wanted To knowif you can take.. Prefabs segments out too and throw them in Unity3D?

No, these prefabs aren't meshes. You can extract the .X files of the walls and floors though.
