Just trying to figure out what the status of my order is. Not sure if anyone on the forums can help. I know its Monday a.m., but I placed the order on Mar. 3 and even submitted a ticket for help but have not received any responses.

I have looked at the order history page. It says "awaiting payment" but I've submitted the cc information twice. The first time, I thought it must have been a mistake, so I cancelled that order and re-ordered. It said it would take between 24-72 hours. It's been more than that. I also sent a ticket and have not received a response. I offered to resubmit the order using paypal, but I also do not want to start the process over if its avoidable.

TGC process all orders manually and they do it only a few hours every morning. Also they don't do it over weekends so just wait a bit more.

Looks like I'm on the right track finally. Customer service indicated that the card would not work directly, so I had to re-order using Paypal tied to the card. That appears to have worked. At least the funds have been charged to my card
