I do not know if this will be help to you but from what I see, v1.18 is better than Project Blue with a few exceptions... I am waiting until the TGC releases the full 1.18 source so I can create my very own FPSC mod with DarkBasic Pro.

As it stands, Project Blue has better graphics.

TGC will NOT release the source code for V1.18, as they have already done so. You need tortoise SVN to download it.

C++ is labourless... if your name starts with 'L' and ends with 'ee'.

Not really, the source can be downloaded as a plain file without any extra software - FPSC-Game.dba, FPSC-Game.dbpro and FPSC-MapEditor.dbpro.
