FPSC Classic Product Chat / Downloading problem !!

Hello to everyone who are reading this text,
I'm having a problem downloading contents from my account's product page. The speed is unbelievable SLOW (1 to 10kb/s) and it always disconnect doesn't matter what am I downloading, although I can download patches on TGC server with full speed. And the worse thing is ,I can't resume my files (I'm using IDM to download the files).
How can I get my stuffs under these conditions, while most of my ordered products are download-only ????
Please help...!!!

Unfortunately, it must be internet connection or the server is full or busy.

After seeing my files disconnect a hundred times, I really don't know what to do now with 31 download links. I asked my friends to download the files for me and send them to me via an USB, but somehow I think it's illegal.

WHAT CAN I DO NOW ??

Well is it normal for your internet to be slow? Maybe you have a virus

I have scanned my computer. Nothing is wrong.
I can download FPS Creator Free and patches from TGC host smoothly, but not with those products.

Hi there,i have had the same problem in the past while downloading model pack 14,contact customer support as they will sort your problem out.
I did get mp14 by other means in the end.

Your signature has been erased by a mod please reduce it to 600x120 and no anim.

Hi everyone,

I also have this problem. Several months ago I reported this problem to technical support who returned vague and cold answers about that problem. Technical support said that the problem was my internet connection simply. and closed the case.

I think the technical support should be robots and not people answering to customers complaints.

Furthermore while downloading the file to a annoying hyper low speed and I can not logout until you finish downloading. Again, the technical support said it found nothing wrong with TGC web site.

An interesting fact is that the same day I did a download file from http://download.cnet.com, getting speed of 450 kb /s.

I have several upgrades to make but due to that problem ( slow download speed ) are wainting still now.

I bought the model pack 53 approximately 400 MB took about 10 (ten) hours to complete the download.

Also, I noticed that the download speed is inversely proportional to the size of files, ie the smaller the higher download speed, the larger the file size smaller download speed.

I hope the TGC website manage seek as soon as possible to solve this annoying problem with the download server, otherwise will be impractical to make downloads or upgrade our purchased files.
