I really haven't run into any issues when working with the map and building a stand-alone. However, I think there might be an issue with saving and then loading a game position. This is with the stand-alone that uses up 3101MB of memory.

My first level uses up almost 1900 GB but it saves and loads without crashing.

Has anybody else tested this who have built more than 2GB. I would say more than 2048MB of memory.

I built one with 2471mb, The only issue I had was before I saved the game I lowered the ambiance light all the way down. Then when I loaded the saved game the ambiance was all the way up by itself. Player position was fine and gun had right amount of ammo. All the dead chars were still dead. lol.

Thanks for responding MK

That's good that they're still dead.

I don't think my issue has anything to do with the patch. Has to do with my mod. I made some changes to the save and forgot to make them for the load. So it was out of sync basically.

I'm not sure LEE saves the ambiance setting. Let me take a look at the source and I'll let you know.

Addendum:

I can't see where he saves ambiance settings. I have noticed a problem with ambiance settings and it could be a bug but I've been working around it. It is the fact that it appears that the setting for ambience in the setuplevel.fpi is used for resetting. So, when it reloads the saved game he probably resets the ambience to the original value. I only took a quick look at this but I will take a closer, longer look at this issue.

Either he haas 100000 guns on his maps, or it is so graphically advanced that even the CIA couldn't play it...

*** ROFL ***

If I was in Texas I could say we build big games here but I'm not so yes it is a type. Should be MB of course.

Yup, just let the CIA try to play it.

Yeah, I hope it is a typo aswell... that sorta sounds unrealistic.

Agreed on MB. but I dont think the CIA has that much RAM. Not even including virtual memory.
