Hi,

I ordered the DB Pro suite, the offer where you get a bunch off extra add ons. One CD is mailed (have not received) and the others are downloaded. I received several down links and activation codes (very confusing) I downloaded and installed everything and got several errors. I un-installed everything and reinstalled and same thing errors.

1.I again un-instaleed everything and started fresh.

2.when I try to compile I get a message saying it is not a recognized licenced add in ???

3.I downloaded and installed what seemed to be a 7. something upgrade and tried again and the thing went nuts and had to shut down the pc.

4. I again 3rd time un-installed everything.

Now I ask this: What am I supposed to do ?
I download what I paid for and enter the purchas key and it's approved and good to go... the compiler does not work.

so from the very start what do I do ?

I download DB Pro, that much is common sense but what next ?
If this does not work seems rather pointless to install any add ins yes ?

I install DB pro from the downloads and activate the key.
What do I do now, just to make that 1st download actually work ?
I need an update or something and from where ?

Right now I have removed every bit of this from my computer as to again completely start over.

What do I do ??

1. I downloaded DB Pro only and got a clean install, no errors

2. I entered the purchas activation code which was sent to me and
that worked ie it verified the activation.

3. I downloaded the zip file "cloth particles" unzipped and dragged
it into the main folder for DB Pro as there were no instructions or
install exe with it.

4. So far this works as best I can tell without doing anything or in basic DB Pro is installed.

here is the first problem.
I look at examples from the help section, copy and paste that exact example code into the project data screen and it copies over just fine.

When I try to compile this example code it will not compile so in basic these examples are not working examples ?
I at this time just want to see it actually compile and basic thing
and see it actually work.

Any ideas on testing to see if this program is really working ?

In the compiler\plugins-licensed directory, you should have files named PhysicsMain_PC_Master.dll and PhysicsMainLang_PC.loc.

In the Editor\Keywords directory should be a Physics.ini file.

With those three files in those locations, and after rebuilding the keywords list for the editor (Tools->Rebuild Keywords), everything should just work.

If the files are in locations other than those, you should move them there.

I'm having all sorts of problems with this.
I'm sent to a page which shows all I purchased and there are mabe 30 downloads....
Some ask for a key and I install the key code I received for it and it says product not recognized.

Has anyone actually got this suite/package deal to work (the special where you get all kinds of stuff) because thats what I'm messing with here and it;'s not working and

what is the difference between db pro and db pro on line and db pro electronic ?
Seems There are 3 db pro downloads.
Needless to say this is confusing and NOT working.
I'm 12 hours into this and it does NOT work.

Is there soneone who can explain exactly what I am supposed to do ?
Again I have uninstalled EVERYTHING it's all gone.

What am I supposed to download and when ie what order ?
None of this is making sense to me

I'm not finding those files you mentioned.

I need help from someone who has purchased the special package offer for the entire suite because thats what I'm working with
and as you see having major problems.
Someone who had NOTHING to start with, and downloaded this and made a fresh install because that's where the problems are coming from.
Someone who just did all this as brand new install.
There are about 30 downloads, one of my registration keys is not working.....on and on this goes.....

I uninstalled and reinstalled the downloaded DB pro again.
This is the sixth time.

I downloaded the 3d cloth and particles download which already exists
inside the main DB folder so I copy/overwrite the originals.

Out of all the samples one works (The face test)
However it will not compile or make an exe
In basic nothing can be done with the samples.

I downloaded and tried to install Dark Lights and the install stops
with a trojan warning. So thats not working.

Does even a basic install of just DBPro work for you?
