I am using a black background.
I declare a variable as GLOBAL.
The variable turns black.
Settings are not available for global variables.
It seems to me this editor treats the global variables as text and I cannot change the color of the text at all.
Any fixes/ideas/alternate editors?

Never mind ... I found the cfg file and edited it by hand. Why not include that option in the menu?
