I made this normal map in dark shader and no matter what I do I can't get it to work the way I want it to, I've spent a load of time just looking for a normal map program graygandeulf made some years ago, but for the life of me I can't find it to see how he got it to work.

a basic spinet would be great, so any help please?

thanks in advance.

here is a pick of what I'm trying to normalise.

I have a normal mapper software. Sadly it is mac only. But feel free to drop me the texture and i'll create a normal map for you if you so want
You just input the texture and it normalizes it.
That is what you want?

How? I think you mean normal mapping shader.

What shader are you using?

I was trying to use the (.fx) file I exported from dark shader.

can any one help me out as I've never covered shaders in dbp, how do you load them and once opened what do you do with them?

Well, once you have a fullscreen shader and object shader you save your project in DarkShader you export it. It will export with code already written for you ready to understand and to be compiled in DarkBasic Pro.
Also the DarkShader Help File is helpful up to a point ...

If you want to use the Darkshader .fx you could give this a look if you didn't already.
