Hi, so I know that iìm very noob, but i don understand why i complete this tutorial of community guide rev 1.3

I installed the dds plugins for gimp dut when i attempt to save the file gimp dont recognize de dds extension and i cant save the file...


please help me

Save as tga.

i saved it as tga, but when i put the object it is black...

i dont know where i'm wrong...

step in the guide are right??

try use as different shader, I had the same problem. If it is a static object then try use the stock bump.fx, If not try the stock bumpent.fx.

Also make sure you include the other maps (specular and illumination at least)
