hello i have been fooling around with the teleporter from the sci fi bundle and i cant seem to figure out how to get it to work i have it all pieced togather right but the light beam does not show up and when i hit the control switch the wave generator moves and damages my health but nothing happens?

It sounds as if you did not go to the other control panel and select your destination.
You must active the teleporter first by selecting the destination before it will work.
