perhaps the National Protection of Animal Rights Acency, or if you like in the uk the rspca

you cannot kill live animals unless you are licensed to do so, and even then it only covered certain animals unless your a vet.

A friend at work said he once eat a baby duck, boiled while still in the egg (though he said it was BAD!!!). He said you just swollow it whole and try not to mind the scraping of their feet. The werid part is he doesn't like decent food like pumkin pie.
