bond1's Metro Theater Model Pack comes with shaders for dynamic entities. You can purchase the pack here, for just under $30.00 USD.

There's some information about which shaders to use on what scattered in this thread that might help you. But, the best way to learn once you have the pack is to see how the entities and segments that come with the pack are set up; which shaders they are using, which shader maps they require, how their .fpi/.fps files are set up, and then simply apply the same method to your own assets.

The item flash shader can only be applied to a dynamic entity. It simply makes the entity flash to catch the player's attention. Just apply it in the entity's effect field, and it's ready to go.

The animated texture shader can also only be applied to dynamic entities. It allows you to create various animated effects 'on' the texture such as running static on a television, a fly swarm, a candle flame, etc. There are video tutorials covering the animated texture shader here.
