can you please help me to find the way to turn on full shader effects

enable shader effects in settings, use every map texture you need...?!

In your setup.ini file in the root directory of FPSC, set these variables to 1. That should turn on all the shaders. Check out the setupdescription.txt in the same directory for more info on this file and settings. Also in Preferences, make sure Full Shader Effects is selected (see attached screenie). Good Luck.
