I've tried now some IDE's like Indigo end the Dark Basic standard. But both program's have bugs. Indigo gives sometines an error and than exit. DB standard (I thought it was Senergy right?) has some bugs with compiling. So when I compile my game it shows an error about syntaxes but there is no syntax mistake in my code.
I can prove that to compile the same project with Windows Commando Prompt. And then it shows no errors. Also in Indigo when it doesn't crash it compiles good without problems.
I also found something like Darkxxxxx or something? But I saw it is only available for XP, am I right?
I've checked the WIP and PD board already but couldn't find anything. I'm not very active here becuase I'm busy all the day and I hoped some of you could tell me more? :3

You could try the IDE that Indigo is based on BlueIDE. I only use Indigo and BlueIDE and never have any problems.

Why I would use BlueIDE if Indigo is a version after it? What makes BlueIDE so good to use? And also when I see the screenshots I'm not happy with the interface. I've tried BlueIDE a time ago but I deleted it from my pc because it didn't work properly. I do not know the reason but only that it didn't worked.
Indigo is my view the best compiler because it has more features. The old version also had it's bugs. In the new version they're solved but new bugs came. It isn't possible to show the error message because it is in Dutch. :o
It looks a lot on VB errors. But this error displays three buttons.
Details,Continue and Exit. When I click Continue it shows up again. When I click Exit, Indigo with my unsaved hard work crashes.

So you're now convinced that Indigo is the best... great you've answered your own question.

I suggest saving before running if it crashes.

If you want something stable and fast, use CodeSurge

Indigo is the best yes, but it doesn't crash not only by running the game. When I save or do an action it crashes :/
That makes it less good.

Ankhranum,

The only error I see you posting in the Indigo thread was not an issue with Indigo.

If you are able to repeat the error's that you describe. Please post them in the Indigo thread.

I can get error's in Dutch translated.

Have you tried running Indigo as Admin?

Sounds like it makes it unusable.
