File>Merge
add animations. Delete model animations came from. If you search, you can find a bootlicker tutorial on how to do this with weapons. The same concept applies.

CLUE:

Both models need to have identical skeletal trees, for the animation to be properly
merged.

That´s called rigging. There are some youtube tutorials arround
