Normaly it the payment will show up in his email and he will then send you a download link to your email you provided durring the transaction.

I would give it at least 24 hours before I would worrie.

More then likly if he wasn't going to be active he would not allow anyone to his site.

He's a good guy I wouldn't worrie

Rolfy is reliable, and well established. I've purchased from him multiple times,
in the past with success.
