I've been surfing around to check out stuff that has been made using DarkBasic Pro. It seems that the majority of the links that I come up with end up coming to this site and this infamous page:

------------------------------------------------------
The Game Creators - 404 Error Page Not Found
404 - Page Not Found
August 20th 2003

We have recently made massive changes to all of our web sites. This means that old URLs will no longer work because all of the content has been moved, updated or integrated to our new site.

-------------------------------------------------------

How do I now go about finding where it went to?

For example I was looking if an Asteroids type game had been created and I found this link:

http://www.darkbasicpro.com/retro_entries.php

Searched for Lunar Lander and got this:

http://www.darkbasicpro.com/apollo/view.php?t=2894&b=2

Thanks,
Bruce

I've already looked at those. I'm curious what happened to the things that I have specifically looked up in a search engine (ie. google) and then was referred to the darkbasicpro website only to find that the link is no good. This is the case for the majority of stuff that I have looked up.

For example where are the Retro Entries that retro_enrtries.php was pointing to?

I have converted this great DB tutorial to DBpro. If you are interested in the conversion code email me.

The only things not present on this site that were on the old site are the retro compo entries. Everything else is here one place or another. We cannot be held responsible for external links to pages that haven't existed for months.
