I would like to keep all my files together in one "game" folder in my programs folder after i run my msi installer.
However I am unable to read/write to the scores files unless i manually change security permissions by right clicking and going into properties etc., or run as administrator.
Is there a way to set these permissions from within DBpro, or is there a way to change permisions of just the score files from within orca msi to basically allow anyone/everyone.

I'd guess that as sooo many commercial games write user data to the User data folder, rather than the program files folder, that it's not that simple.

The advantage of saving data to the User data folder is that each user gets their own save game files and scores/achievements record.

I think you are right =PRoF=, does seem difficult. I'll probably continue with creating/reading/writing to the documents folder until either someone cracks it or Microsoft change the uac security.
