NitroSmiley: Here is the truck mesh. This is as far as I dare take it to keep the poly count reasonable. There is no real detail in the undercarrige. If this works for you though, let me know, before I go any further.

Wolf: Models sent buddy.

Thanks my friend, Actually that's why I'm doing this. It's giving me a break from the Trek pack.

If you are short of ideas for future packs, here is an idea, steampunk.
Here is the blog of a fantastic artist who works with the genre.
http://vanolffen.blogspot.com
quick links
http://steampunkpics.blogspot.com/2009/01/sam-van-olffen-graphics.html
Picture search in his name
http://www.google.co.uk/images?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&channel=s&hl=en&q=Sam+Van+Olffen&um=1&ie=UTF-8&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&biw=1273&bih=803
It could make a fantastic official TGC pack, and its something that is not saturated, its hard to find models in the theme.
Good demand, low supply equals guaranteed great sales.

Hi guys, let me get the first list finised up first, then we'll see.

Wolf informed me I can release the potions here, so the download has been added to the post with the pic above. Thanks Wolf.

Guys I'm going to just post everything here, that way it saves me from having to e-mail each of you. Hope that's cool.

Here's the UH-1 (Normal, and Specular maps included).....

And in-game...

Love the Helicopter CP! The texturing is just brilliant. I remember last time I tried to create a heli for my game... "shakes head"

Lets just say it was in the 20,000 poly range ... BTW whats the poly-count on this if you dont mind?

Cheers,
Anayar

EDIT: P.S- What software are you using for modelling now? Graduated from Milkshape (judging from the render)?

Still using Milkshape, just threw a background behind it in PS.

This one is 2,900 and works quite well in-game. Thanks.

I plan to use a revision of this with side mounted guns, animated propellers, and plan to add an animated texture using Bond's shader so the lights will flash for the upcomming Modern Warfare community pack.

Ill be waiting for that pack to start! After a half a year break from playing MW2 (I stopped somewhere around the favela level), i finally went back and finished the campaign! Man I love ending (the way he twists his knife before throwing it!!!). Have a whole bunch of models planned and up my sleeve for that pack

2,900... wow, looks much higher than that! Great job Well, Milkshape isnt bad at all, i was just wondering considering the high quality of your models if you were still stuck to a more basic tool.

Cheers,
Anayar

P.S: Id also like to take a second and thank you, as it is your Community Sci-fi pack which really got me into modelling! Big thanks to you my friend

Thanks my friend, I'm in the process of upgrading to a better modeling app now in fact. Thanks to some great business affiliates, and the good sales people at autodesk.

Anyway, So I can count you in on the next Community pack then?

i know that request are officially over, but if you find yourself twiddling your thumbs would you be able to make a normal light that you would find in a house hanging from the ceiling?

Thanks,

your pal, Ben
