They are all compatible but not all are compatible with ragdoll.

These are the model packs that are not compatible with ragdoll:

* model pack 4
* cartoonfantasypack
* dungeonpack
* egyptian characters
* fantasy characters
* fantasypack
* freaks and abominations
* medievalpack
* romanpack
* tropical pack
* vikingpack

You can use these model packs but if you use the ragdoll script it will simply ignore ragdoll animation.
