What do you mean "dont work"? Can you elaborate? And I have no idea where to find hands as animation is not my thing, but I can help you sort out your problem

the right hand on the model has issues, the joints don't seem to be completely connected to the model.
I tried to fix it but it still has those same problems.

select all verts and then select weld. That should fix your problem.
