Dark GDK / Object animation delay

I'm trying to loop a walking animation when the player presses the W key. It all works fine, except one problem; when the loop is reset to the 'iStart' (starting frame), there is a fraction of a second where the object is not doing anything, and is just stood still. How can I remove this?

It may be in the object's animation, but if you post the code that is animating the object, I am sure I could fix it.

It's just;

dbLoopObject(1,220,259);

But if I try making it more inclusive, it still doesn't help. I presume it's a problem with looping it? Or is it just the animation?

I use object animation all the time. I have not seen any issue with looping.... There is, however, a problem with dbPlayObject(), but that's not what you are talking about. It may be in your other code. Please post the section that pertains to the object motion; to include the input and the dbLoopObject(). There must be something you are doing wrong or not doing at all. I will try my best to help.

The fastest code is the code never written.
