Here are a couple of free skins for the Swat character you get with Model Pack 1.

I thought it would be cool to use the regular Swat characters and then use either if these guys as a squad commander or boss. It’s definately worth varying the size of the entity (75% is the default) to add some variety.

You should remove the download link, it is illegal distribution of media as nearly all of the texture is the same as MP1. Too many people are doing this

Oh sorry it didn't even occur to me that it would be classed as illegal distribution of media. I guess I had assumed that people distributing mods that have only small modification the original purchased media was a pretty standard thing.

And I assumed that you would only download the skins if you had already purchased the Modelpack 1 media and therefore you already owned that texture.

I'll send an email to TGC and ask for clarification. I'd hate to see half of the modders on this forum gettng sued by TGC

Modifying and distributing copyrighted material of any kind is strictly against the law. Remove it immediately for any public servers or distributive systems. Modified textures many only ever be used, as part of a complete game release, they must never be released as a single or multiple textures or as part of a free or commercial model released to the public.
