It depends on the one you assign the action to. Meaning, YOU have to assign a certain key to the melee action.

We can't stop here, this is bat country!

Add "meleekey = 56" to the gunspec and the key will be left control

melee key=33 (that's F)
melee range=50 (half a segment)
melee damage=15 (whatever)
melee start= (animation start number)
melee end= (animation end number)

I think those where the commands.They're supposed to be put in the weapon's gunspec.txt
