I don't know of any. I know I had an all black room once sometime ago. I can't remember how I did that one either. I might have even had an all white room. If I did, I probably used a walk through dynamic wall because of the fact that there aren't any doors that would entirely blend in with the wall.

Maybe somebody with MagicFPS could make you one? I have it but lost the the serial number when I had computer crashed. Forgot to save the most important thing about it.

Why not just change the texture path to a stock door to one that doesn't exist so it's texture becomes white? Or just use a completely white texture (I've attached one to this post).
