Okay, to make room in the Beta thread for others to bring up and discuss other problems I have made this thread.

Quick Video of re installing FPSC then beta 12.
Before this install I ran CCleaner's Registry cleaner, and restarted my PC.

Please, excuse the beginning of this video. High levels of frustration and I don't feel like editing.

Removed by me.. youtube rejected the first uplaod for some reason.

Video of me trying various settings.

Attatching CPU-Z report so you can see my, system specs. If you are having this problem and want to do the same, GO HERE and get cpu z.

This has happened to me several times. Try moving the player start around and adding a few pointless entities.
Run some more test builds and then it should start you inside the map pretty soon. After all of that you should
have FPSC acting normal and spawning you correctly. IDK why it does this but it does and its happened to me before.

Astek, can you try to take screen captures while trying to reproduce is. Then upload a cpuz report. we are trying to narrow it down. It seems so random.

Okay, with all the views I am taking it that, not everyone is having this issue.

Could you confirm you are having the problem / say you are not having the problem?

Also, either way can you post system specs or even upload a CPUz report?

I have seen "work arounds" posted for this, but work arounds are not fixes, it shouldn't be happening to begin with.

If no data is collected, Lee and the other developers cannot fix this.

Ha, we already know this isn't happening to you Flatlander.
You have a magic machine that won't allow you to get the issues we have.

I have seriously tried everything again and again.. cannot for the life of me figure why it is doing this.. It is frustrating. (on top of that, I am still trying to dig up ftp account information I lost earlier)

I feel like I want to just sit back and wait and see if it goes away with the stable release of 118, but I know it doesn't work like that.

You are right it didn't really matter, all I had to do was place the .html at the end of the file. oh well got it.

I've got an ATI GPU as well.. I hope this doesn't end up being the issue. Although, I have seen someone with an Nvidia having this problem.

As far as I can tell it's a shader issue, particularly with segments. Usually fixes itself if you dot around a few entities or segments without shader effects.

I know you do Flatlander, you do more than your fair share around here.

Right, I know. But my point is, we need to figure out why it is happening in the first place.

Spent most of the day getting my ftp accounts sorted and at msdn trying to figure out some other things.

Just now un-installed FPSC again and right now I am going through getting rid of any sign of FPSC on my computer. Not in the "I'm sick of this and I'm leaving" manner lol..

I am getting rid of everything FPSC off my computer and going to do fresh downloads of everything and install nothing but FPSC and the latest beta.. and see what happens.

On my desktop, before I put it in storage, I was able to get everything going smoothly and the difference was.. wow.
I just can't seem to get it done on this laptop, but I need to in oder to get back to working on FPSC OneSource and testing everyone elses apps with it.

Yea, make sure you carefully delete everything in the registry as well. You probably already know that.

FlatLander,

Just got done doing a re-install.. I used CCleaner for my reg cleaner. Ran it several times, once after each time I restarted..

I have about 40 minutes of the re-install and me messing with settings trying to get it to stop doing it... if you want it let me know. (Just send me an email and I can either email it or upload it to one of my domains for you) But I would be sending you the Expression Encoder project files. 45 minutes of video will most likely take me two hours to encode and I am not stayin up that long.
