Just to verify a couple of things. You are using the extension .jpg and not .jpeg right?

The following two images shows where the files and folders should be. Are these the same as where you have them?

In image #1, "path.txt" is shown in the FPSC root directory. It cannot be in the Files directory or the Files/TSTcreator directory! If it is in that directory move it to the root directory of FPSC.

Having the path.txt in the wrong folder is the main reason that will cause an image not found message.

Hey, I'm having the same problem as "Nazareth Entertainment", but the pics "F l a t l a n d e r" uploaded won't load. It shows a red X where each pic should be, and I right click it and select "Show Picture" and nothing happens! And yes, I got the .jpg stuff correct. Could someone help me?

Hello all,

If all you want is see your image displayed in your post you should use an image hosting service such as Image Shack, Photobucket, Flickr and others like that. They may be either free or commercial service.

After uploading your image your image hosting service will generate a lot of links, including an image link like this

"".

Now, then you should copy it and then paste it into your post and all done, your image will appear holpefully in your post successfully.

I hope this information be useful for you.

Cheers.

@Northern,

Thank you but I do not need to upload my own photos, I need to view the photos "F l a t l a n d e r" attached to his post.

@Cyborg ART,

I've tryed putting the "TST Creator" in:

My Computer\Local Disk (C\Program Files (x86)

My Computer\Local Disk (C\Program Files (x86)\The Game Creators

My Computer\Local Disk (C\Program Files (x86)\The Game Creators\FPS Creator

My Computer\Local Disk (C\Program Files (x86)\The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files

I've pretty much try every logical thing (logical to me at least).

Don't know why but the forum replaced the colons with smiley faces. And also, I just realized that I was a bit unspecific on my first post. What I mean't by
Quote: "And yes, I got all the .jpg stuff correct"
was that in the achievement creator app, when it asks you to type the name of the "unlocked" image, it wants you to add an extension, like .jpg, .bmp, .png, etc.

because all your colons are followed by a close bracket : ) which the forum converts into a smiley.

The "TST Creator" folder should be placed in fps creator\files
and the "app center" should be placed in the fps creator directory

Hope it works.
I will see if I can get in contact with Terry, and see if he still got those images.

"Cyborg ART", you did help a little bit.I think it will work except now it's showing a new error:

"Runtime Error 506 - Could not load image at line 93.
CWD:C:\Users\(My private user)\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files\TST Apps
LOAD IMAGE files\TST Creator\ac templates\template_1.tga,1,0,0".

Forget my last post. I think I figured out the problem. I think it's the "path.txt". Every time I try re-downloading the TST Creator, I always have to save it in "My Documents" because it won't give me permission to save it in the correct folder. Then, I have to extract all the files from the Zip Folder to "My Documents because, same as before, it won't give me permission to extract them directly. So I just Cut and Paste them to the correct folder. I've noticed that when I extract them while in "My Documents", or pretty much all the folders that are not listed under "My Computer", it creates a "path.txt" and it always shows the directory route to where I extracted it. I've tryed editing it, and it shows something diffrent most of the time.

Are you able to extract the TST Apps into the FPSC folder? Are you able to edit any files outside of "My Documents"?

If not, are you running as administrator on your computer?
And is the "UAC" activated?

If none of the above applies, please delete your path.txt and then run the appcenter.

I'm sorry. I've tryed to extract before and it extracted "TST App Center.exe" to the main FPSC folder but if I want to extract the "files" folder, I would have to replace the FPSC "Files" folder. I tryed this about a week ago and I can get certain thoughts stuck in my head easily. This time it was the thought that I coudn't extract them at all. I've tryed extracting them directly to the FPSC "Files" folder, and every other folder, and it works except that it won't create a "path.txt" when it's anywhere in "My Computer". Yes, I'm able to edit most files. It depends on what they are. Since I extract them to "My Documents, it creates the "path.txt" and I can edit it while in "My Documents" and Cut'n'Paste them to FPSC, yet I can't edit it while it's in the FPSC folder. Yes, I'm running as administrator and if UAC means User Account Settings then yes, they're off. I also won't be able to run the "TST App Center" without a "path.txt", it will just show the window shape, but the rest is black. A "path.txt" has to be in the same folder as the "TST App Center" and the "TST Creator" folder to work for me. Sorry about how long this post is.

I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT!!! After about two weeks of messing around with this, I figured it out. I'll post what I did just in case someone else needs help and comes across this:

1. Place the "TST App Center.exe" in: C:\Program Files (x86)\The Game Creators\FPS Creator.

2. Place the "path.txt" in: C:\Program Files (x86)\The Game Creators\FPS Creator.

3. Place the "TST Creator" folder in: C:\Program Files (x86)\The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files.

4. Open the "path.txt" with Notepad, and edit it to say exactly this: C:\Program Files (x86)\The Game Creators\FPS Creator

Great to hear that you sorted it out.

I am sorry for all the problems the apps seem to have for some people. But since I cant really figure out why its working for some and not for other, I cant do much.
But as soon as I figure it out, I will make an update.

Hope you find the apps usefull

@Cyborg ART; Yes. These apps will be very helpful. Thank you for helping me the best you could. If you hadn't have told me to put:
Quote: "The "TST Creator" folder should be placed in fps creator\files and the "app center" should be placed in the fps creator directory
"

I never would have got this working. Thank you!
