i was wondering what the rules are on retexturing models from other model packs i have purchased from the store? is it allowed or will i get in trouble for retexturing the models! (example)

post apocalyptic packs,london pack and so on!

You can retexture for personal use as much as you want. But don't try to sell or give away those textures unless given explicit permission by the creator.
