FPSC X10 Has the Force Impact Options in the weapons.
Can I import this option in FPS Creator x9 ??

If what you speak of is not directly related to DirectX 10 itself, it might be possible for you to dig through the source of FPSC x10 and add it to your own build of FPSC x9.

Force feedback as in vibrating controllers and jolting joysticks?
