I have decided to make segments and models for the community. Problem is that the segment maker doesn't work on my computer. (Always get a runtime error.) Anyway I was wondering what I should use. I have windows 7. Anyway I need something to make segments and entitys. So any suggestions?

Run the application as administrator and if it still doesn't work, you have to disable / configure the UAC (allow the program to write / copy files and such stuff).
