Well, I have been hard at work for a long time with this game, This is just a small showing of it here. This is on leal 3 where I am adding in talking actors,its not complete but I'm making progress. I am looking for someone from the UK to do a sound file for me if possible for the drunk. the sound here is just a dummy so are the rest. fraps recorded only at 9 frames per sec so the animations are off. here is the video and the sound file is in the download attachment if any one wants to record a better one for me in a uk English acsent.I'LL EVEN PAY SOMEONE TO DO IT IF NEEDED.COMENTS ON THE GAME ARE WELCOME

Actually, he might be ok. He showed that he had something done, not just asked for a bunch of stuff. Its up to the mods of course.

in my book its a team request as you are asking for a voice actor specifically for your game. no need to take such a n aggressive tone with anyone that disagrees with you over the internet.

but yes. we shall see how to mods react.

I will be needing a kind of indian voice,lol, Thanks for your intrest. You see the ogre, he will have such a voice, but He will have way to many voice overs for you to do im affraid unless you want to get your feet weet in my game, and that I will pay for.

I dont mind doing them for you, though you will have to let me do it on my time (and god knows how long that will take lol ). Do you mean an Indian acccent for the Ogre? That should be interesting

If you are interested shoot me an email... if there are really that many voice overs I might ask for a payment of some sorts

I like the music in the background but why does it look like the main character is floating?

@King Cobra, Thanks, Yea, the player looks as he is floating due to the fact I have him moving faster then his animations for editing reasons, the faster I move when I am editing my game the eaiser it is for me, thanks for the comment.

Not, yet, I was planing on making one soon, As soon as I have a real good demo made I am going to post a good thread for this game.I do have alot of the game done but I still need to fine tune alot before a demo.

I would love to see anyone from here try an English accent when they're not English, considering I've got about 5-6 years voice work experience.

I doubt the quality of the accents are going to be believeable.

It's possible, but not on this site. I advise a voice acting forum. There are loads out there.

I HAVE PLENTY OF FAITH AND HAVE HEARD MANY GOOD GAMES HERE WITH GREAT VOICES IN THEM.I know for a fact there are plenty of good talent here for what I am asking for, thanks for the coments guys.

If you believe the quality of voices you are recieving are good, then thats good to hear. However if you visit an actual voice acting website where they specialize in doing it, then you'll notice the difference.

The quality of my entire game is not professional, so in relation to the visuals, the voice acting is equivalent.

If I would be director on a larger production, I would contact a studio, of course!

So a hobbyist from the forums would be DanielWrights best bet

I would like to comment on this , As I am a hobbyist this game is writen in dark basic pro, anything is possible and This game will be a profeshinal made game by me. As for sounds and music and voices this is where the line between pro and hobbyist will take effect.If I can not get anyone here to help on this soon I will indeed look to you Lewis if you are available or you can give me a link to a real good cheaper sound and voice over site.
