is there a plugin that creates objects to the ground?

Which has an unlimited size!
Renders the land within a radius!

An example is the terrain like World of Warcraft. I know that can not darkbasic.

But help me.

Blitz Terrain is probably your best bet, in fact I'm sure someone posted a demo showing infinite terrain. At least it can render big terrains efficiently, how you actually make that infinite is another matter.

No its paid, I believe there is a lite version though

I wrote an Endless Terrain demo a few weeks ago. You can find it here.

Since the free version of BlitzTerrain allows up to 4 terrains to be loaded at once, it works with that version as well as the paid one.
