Errors like this are usually caused by a duplicate DLLs. Basically, if you have two different commands with the same names and arguments, then the program doesn't know which one to call. It's a matter of finding and removing the old DLL.
I'm on a linux comp right now... sooo I can't help you much. (I don't remember offhand the file structure of dbpro plugin stuff)

look in your dbpro plugins directory (I think it's under "compiler" in your dbpro folder. Around "user plugins"), and try to find an old "2DPluginKIT.dll" (look at "date created" or "date modified")
